Power UPS power supply equipment is a conversion device that converts mains and DC energy into uninterrupted and purified AC energy, providing a continuous AC power supply that can be used for computers and other electrical equipment to prevent mains instability and power outages.


Technical characteristics of UPS power supply:

(1) Adopting CPU control, the circuit is simple and reliable;
(2) Adopting SPWM pulse width modulation technology, the output is a pure sine wave with stable frequency and voltage regulation, noise filtering, and low distortion;
(3) Built in bypass switch for quick switching between mains and inverter;
(4) The front panel of the inverter has LCD display mode, and the status is clear at a glance;
(5) Fully isolated inverter technology, outputting noiseless and pure sinusoidal AC voltage
(6) In the DC main supply mode, when the DC voltage is too high or too low, the inverter power supply will be turned off and automatically switched to bypass output. If the battery voltage returns to normal, the power supply will automatically restore the inverter output after 10 seconds;
(7) In the DC main supply mode, if the load is overloaded, the inverter power supply will be turned off and automatically switched to bypass output. After 60 seconds of eliminating the overload, the power supply will automatically restore the DC power output;
(8) Support communication function, RS485 integrated and compatible with each other. Real time understanding of power supply operation using monitoring software;
(9) Provide six sets of passive dry nodes for bypass operation, inverter abnormality, power failure, and power overload. DC anomaly, AC anomaly
(10) Supports no DC power on function and can operate in a state with only mains power. This feature allows the UPS power supply to be put into use before installing the battery.


Precautions:This manual allows you to easily operate and maintain this system. To ensure that the system can function properly, please pay attention to the following:

① Be sure to read this manual carefully before use.
② Follow the instructed steps and operate according to the law.
③ When handling the machine, it should be handled with care.
④ Please follow the instructions for power supply construction.
⑤ To avoid personal injury and machine damage caused by electric shock, it is necessary to have a sound grounding system.
⑥ Avoid overloading to avoid machine malfunction.
⑦ Keep the instruction manual for future reference.


Warning! UPS power output cannot be used in parallel or connected to the grid, otherwise it will damage the machine.


In the absence of communication input.

1) In order to protect the battery, the UPS can only start up normally when the battery or DC voltage is within the startup voltage range.
2) After starting the machine and entering the working state, UPS can operate normally in battery or DC power supply mode as long as the battery or DC voltage is within the working voltage range. When the battery or DC voltage drops below the operating voltage limit, the UPS shuts down.
1. LED function:
Mains light: When there is a mains bypass input and it is a mains bypass output, the mains light is on and in the bypass state;
Inverter light: When the bypass input fails and the inverter is working, the inverter light will be on;
Battery light: When the battery or DC input voltage is not within the operating range of the machine, the
battery light comes on; Load light: When there is a fault in the inverter, the load light will be on;
2. Backlight key function:
1) Press the backlight button once, and the backlight will light up.
3. Mute key function:
1) When the buzzer is in a beeping state, press and hold for 1-2 seconds to turn off the beep
Working principle of power UPS power supply:
System working principle
① AC bypass
When the inverter malfunctions, the mains power is switched to output through a switching switch and directly supplied by the mains bypass. When the mains power fails, it automatically switches to inverter and is powered by batteries to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the equipment.
② Inversion mode

UPS defaults to inverter power supply. After the mains AC is rectified, it is boosted and inverted, and then switched to output through a switch. When the mains AC is powered off, the battery 

Direct power supply. When the inverter malfunctions, it automatically switches to the bypass and is powered by the mains bypass to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the equipment.

③ Use of maintenance bypass switch
1) The maintenance bypass switch K14 is prohibited from closing when the UPS is working normally and there is output.
2) Maintenance bypass K14 can only be closed after UPS failure and K15 is disconnected.
3) The maintenance bypass switch K14 and the output UPS K15 switch can only be closed one at a time.
