EverExceed LiFePO₄ batteries adopt the industry-standard Constant Current – Constant Voltage (CC-CV) charging strategy.
Constant Current (CC) Stage
Charging begins with a large constant current (e.g., 0.5C or 1C, where C represents the battery’s capacity).
During this stage, the battery voltage gradually rises until it reaches the cut-off voltage (typically 3.65V per cell).
Around 70–80% of the total capacity is charged in this stage, making it fast and efficient.
Constant Voltage (CV) Stage
Once the voltage reaches 3.65V, the charger holds the voltage steady while the charging current decreases exponentially.
When the current drops to a very low value (such as 0.05C or 0.02C), the battery is considered fully charged.
This stage prevents overcharging and extends battery lifespan.
