What are the installation steps for the voltage stabilizer?

The voltage stabilizer is composed of voltage stabilizer and constant voltage, control circuit, and servo motor. When the input voltage or load changes, the control circuit performs sampling, comparison and amplification, and then drives the servo motor to rotate, so that the position of the carbon brush of the voltage regulator changes, and the coil turns ratio is automatically adjusted to maintain the stability of the output voltage.


What are the installation steps for the voltage stabilizer?

The first is to connect the voltage regulator input to the power distribution board, and install a suitable fuse on the power distribution board to ensure the safety of electricity. Connect the power supply of the electrical equipment to the output terminal of the voltage stabilizer, and the rated input voltage value of the electrical equipment should be consistent with the output of the voltage stabilizer.


Turn on the power switch, and the work indicator lights up. Observe whether the indicated value of the voltmeter is normal. When it is normal, turn on the power switch of the electrical equipment, and the voltage stabilizer can automatically adjust the voltage and supply power normally. If the electrical equipment is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch to reduce power consumption and prolong the service life of the voltage stabilizer.


When choosing electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners and other equipment with motors running, a voltage stabilizer with more than three times the capacity should be selected to prevent the equipment starting current from exceeding the current of the voltage stabilizer fuse or the current of the overcurrent protection circuit breaker, causing the fuse to blow or open the circuit. The device has tripped or the voltage drop is too large to work.


The wire connected to the voltage stabilizer should have enough surfaces to prevent heat generation and reduce voltage drop. After connecting all input/output lines, turn off the power switch of the load first, then turn on the voltage regulator, check that the output voltage is normal, and then turn on the power switch of the load.
