uXcel Ultra Series Battery Charger

The EverExceed uXcel Ultra redundancy charger (DC UPS) is a new type charger for battery. This charging system is made by two independent charging loop in parallel which can carry out the redundancy charge function.

This system is controlled by digital intelligence with multi charging mode, simple operation and reliability.  There is no phase sequence requirement. The transformer is made by high strength paint copper and it can achieve H grade high temperature resistance and isolation. The power units are made by aluminum profile and high-power disc type thyristor units with high performance and reliability.

Available in single and three phase up to 220kW and using ultra rugged phase controlled technologies, this series is ideal for all industrial applications including substation battery systems and DC UPS.

• The uxcel ultra redundant charging system is structured by two independent charging loops in parallel. It can carry out the redundancy charge function without  interrupting each other. Both chargers are operated by sharing load respectively between them which makes the life cycle long. Redundant charger  ensures the continuous back up in case of emergency.

Brief Introduction:

EverExceed provided uXcel ultra series battery charger for three projects of Siemens in Pakistan. We delivered 10 sets of 48V 25A charger and 10 sets of 110V 35A charger to complete the projects respectively Agha Steel construction, 132/11.5KV GIS Saggian site and 132/11.5KV AIS Monipura site projects. During these three installation project, our team helped installing the industrial charger successfully.
