Project Background
Customized for TELESUR, the national telecom operator of Suriname, EverExceed provided two sets of ESB48VDC250A solar DC power systems for telecom base station power supply and outdated equipment replacement.
Facing challenges such as unstable grid power, remote rainforest locations, and high maintenance costs, EverExceed developed a pure solar-powered integrated DC system to ensure reliable and continuous power support for local telecom services.
System Overview
The latest ESB series system developed by EverExceed is based on the concept of an “integrated multi-functional base station power system.”Using the cabinet as the basic unit, it integrates solar MPPT modules, inverter, lithium battery, monitoring module, and PDU (Power Distribution Unit) into a single platform, providing reliable power infrastructure for telecom base stations with efficient deployment and simplified maintenance.

- Pure Solar Power System + 48-Hour Backup:Provides off-grid power independence with 48-hour battery backup, ensuring continuous telecom operation during nighttime and cloudy conditions.
- Multiple MPPT Parallel Design:Equipped with five 3kW high-voltage MPPT controllers in parallel, supporting up to 15kW PV input. Each MPPT independently tracks the maximum power point of its connected PV string and adjusts voltage and current to maximize solar energy harvesting.
- High Reliability Parallel Design:Five MPPT controllers operate independently in parallel, enabling distributed power management and avoiding single-point failures for enhanced system reliability.
- RMI1000 Pure Sine Wave Inverter:Converts solar and battery DC power into pure sine wave AC output for reliable power supply to AC equipment.
- Multi-Power Distribution Design:Supports DC, battery, and PV distribution with surge protection. LLVD and BLVD functions prevent battery over-discharge.
- Hot-Swappable Module Design:1U modular design supports online replacement with high efficiency, low harmonic distortion, intelligent current sharing, redundancy backup, and flexible power adjustment.
- Centralized Monitoring System:EMU48B monitoring system manages MPPT modules, lithium batteries, and system status with Modbus/SNMP remote communication.
- Comprehensive Surge Protection:Equipped with AC, PV, and DC SPD protection with hot-swappable fuses to protect against lightning and transient overvoltage.
