High-Capacity 48V DC Power Supply:
The -48VDC1200A system delivers 48V/1200A output with up to 64kW power capacity, supporting high-density data center DC loads and simplifying the overall power architecture.
● Hot-Swappable Rectifier Module Design:
The modular rectifier design supports online replacement without interrupting DC output. With multiple protection functions, ≤±1% voltage regulation accuracy, ultra-low ripple noise and up to 99% system availability, it improves power reliability and reduces downtime risks.
● Multi-Level DC Distribution Battery Protection:
The system integrates independent battery and load protection with 630A battery fuse, 400A and 250A load branches, and BLVD function to prevent battery over-discharge and improve safety.
● Intelligent Monitoring Remote Communication:
The integrated monitoring unit provides real-time status of DC output, rectifier modules, batteries and cabinet temperature. RS485 and SNMP communication enable remote monitoring and management.
● Optimized Cooling Design:
Designed for high-temperature environment, the system adopts enhanced airflow design and industrial-grade wide-temperature components, supporting stable full-load operation from -10°C to +55°C. The optimized thermal design helps control temperature rise, extend equipment service life and reduce maintenance requirements in harsh environments.
● Enhanced Surge Safety Protection:
AC/DC SPD protection and multiple safety functions including over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection help protect critical DC loads from power fluctuations and surge impacts.
