The 50 unit ESB rectifier systems have been specifically customized to meet the unique power requirements of telecom base station systems in Middle East. This robust systems provides essential power to the equipment within the stations, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in challenging conditions. Thereby enhancing the reliability of communication services. By delivering consistent and stable power, the ESB rectifier systems play a crucial role in maintaining connectivity, supporting the vital infrastructure needed for efficient telecommunications in the region.

 

Our newly developed ESB series telecom rectifier systems is designed with the concept of an "integrated multi-functional base station power system." It is including the rectifier module, solar MPPT module, inverter, lithium battery, monitoring module, air conditioner, PDU (Power Distribution Unit), and base station cabinet into a single platform, providing a complete ‘infrastructure solution for base station system construction. Just like this project, we can customize all types of ESB series telecom rectifier systems based on the customers’ project requirement, which are more flexible, more reliable, more affordable.

Design highlight:

All in One:The cabinet is highly integrated and supports not only PV input and AC input, but also diesel input. Different input sources can be selected according to different situations to achieve the purpose of energy savings.

IP65 Protection: Fully dustproof and highly waterproof, specially customized for application scenarios such as desert areas.

Centralized Monitoring System: The built-in FSU monitoring system enables centralized oversight of 50 sites, tracking battery state of charge and PV generation and so on. It features a B/S architecture for web access, a 4G module, and email alerts. 

Standard Interfaces for System Integration: The system offers standard SNMP and Modbus protocol interfaces, as well as operator B interfaces, for DCIM integration or third-party system integration, allowing connectivity with the customer’s SCADA system.

Multiple Distribution: The integrated distribution system supports AC and PV distribution, two-way battery distribution, and DC distribution, all with surge protection. DC distribution is split into LLVD and BLVD to prevent battery over-discharging.

High Efficiency : The rectifier module has an input power factor of 0.99 and efficiency over 96%, matching the photovoltaic module's 96% efficiency. Both have a compact 1U size and high power density.

Dual Heat Dissipation: The built-in air conditioning system offers temperature control for high-temperature areas. If it fails, an emergency fan activates to ensure effective cooling and reliable equipment operation.
