
The 5 unit ESB rectifier systems have been specifically customized for the retrofit project of telecom base station system in the Republic of South America. Telecom base stations are the ”lifeline” for communication, handling the critical task of signal transmission. These DC power supply systems provide back-up power in case of power failure to ensure the continuous operation of transceivers, transmission equipment and other equipment, preventing communication interruption and ensuring stable telephone and Internet signals in the area to meet daily communication needs.

The 1U height hot-swappable circuit breaker allows for quick replacement without downtime, significantly improving system stability and maintenance efficiency.
Intelligent Redundancy Backup
The charging module features intelligent current sharing and redundancy backup. In the event of a module failure, the remaining modules seamlessly take over, and the faulty module can be replaced online, ensuring uninterrupted charging of the battery pack and power supply to the load.

Multi-Level Lightning and Voltage Surge Protection: Equipped with AC SPD, PV SPD, and DC SPD (surge protectors), the system features hot-swappable fuses for quick replacement, effectively protecting electrical equipment from lightning overvoltage and transient overvoltage impacts.
Intelligent Communication Management: Supports SNMP protocol and provides sensor interfaces, CAN interfaces, RS485 interfaces, and dry contact input/output interfaces for environmental monitoring and alarm management, enhancing intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities.
High-Efficiency Power Management: The rectifier module achieves an input power factor of 0.99 and an efficiency of over 96%, while the photovoltaic module also boasts 96% efficiency. Both feature a compact 1U design with high power density and energy-saving performance.
Efficient Cooling System: The built-in four-fan cooling system ensures effective heat dissipation during high-load operation, guaranteeing long-term stable performance.
