
Background:
The project was customized for the Kenya oil pipeline company power system project to safeguard critical loads in oil applications. In this project,our experienced engineer expert customized 12 pulse power champion series Industrial UPS according to the project requirements.These industrial UPS were required to use all copper input and output double isolation transformers with grade K13 coefficient. There are clear performance requirements for the equipment.

Flexible customization: Adopt 12-pulse design, configured with amicroprocessor control system to ensure that the output THi <15%, as well as to achieve a high power factor and low harmonic output requirements; we can customize input and output voltage, battery voltage, charging current and output power distribution base on the customer need which is very flexible.
Safe and reliable: The industrial UPS built-in input transformer output transformer, and bypass transformer realize complete galvanic isolation. Instead of discrete lGBT and SCR components,we use modular lGBT and SCR in rectifier and inverter, bringing in extremely high reliability. And the UPS input with lightning protection (SPD). lt can be applied in harsh environmental conditions such asdust, pests, high temperature conditions, and earthquake areas toprotect important oil production processes and systems.
Powerful inrush capability: Adopted pulse-by-pulse technology toensure the maximum short-circuit current does not exceed the permissible range of single-pulse short-time lGBT, as well asadopted pulse-by-pulse current limiting scheme.
Parallel operation: Advanced distributed active parallel technology enables 6-parallel operation with different power paralleling.
Unique design: The UPS is aesthetically pleasing with color RA7035(15kVA UPS)and RAL7032(20kVA UPS) and other colors can be
customized.15kVA Industrial UPS protection class is lP4220KVA industrial UPS is lP41, it also can be customized with other protection levels.

Protection function: Input high voltage, input low voltage, input frequency failure, phase sequence fault (3 phase), short circuit protection, over voltage protection, under voltage protection, over current protection, over temperature protection
Panel indication: Disturbances on bypass line, by-pass manual, maintenance bypass MCCB close, cable defect in parallel, bypass voltage failure, bypass MCCB open, SCR fuse failure, mains voltage failure, etc.
Alarm Contacts: Low battery, mains input normal /failure, charger failure,over temperature, over voltage, load mcb on/off etc.
Communication: SNMP card for real-time remote monitoring, RS485/RS 232.
