Project Background
This project delivered customized industrial UPS for the ADNOC oilgas filed project. As the oilfields are located in remote areas with limited power supply, there are stringent requirements for the reliability and quality of backup power. The UPS system is designed to deliver continuous and stable power to critical oil and gas equipment, ensuring uninterrupted operation of essential monitoring, control, and safety systems, thereby safeguarding safe production and stable operations in the oilfields.

Input/output isolation with integrated SPD surge protection, and a bypass cabinet with voltage stabilization and distribution, ensuring power reliability and safety;
IP42 enclosure with RAL7035 finish and an anti-condensation heater, enabling reliable performance in harsh oilfield environments;
Comprehensive instrumentation for real-time monitoring of input voltage, current, frequency, as well as DC and bypass parameters;
Equipped with an SNMP card (Modbus TCP/IP) and dry contacts for seamless integration with ADNOC’s monitoring platform;
A three-position maintenance bypass switch, greatly enhancing operational safety and ease of service.

Advanced Battery Management: Extends battery life by 30%- 50% with intelligent charge / discharge management, temperature-based voltage compensation, and comprehensive battery status monitoring every 200 hours
