This project is designed for Ethiopian Roads Authority project . it can improve the Road control stations’ operation from the Repetitive Break-down of loads due to local electricity power problems, power outage and unstable surge around the stations. The Solar power system configuration at each site consists of High efficiency Mono Solar panels, 10KW Hybrid inverter, Tubular OPzS battery bank in IP55 protection class outdoor cabinets and diesel generator.
The solution
The EPO solar energy system can provide stable and reliable power supply for toll booths on motorways. It can preferentially use solar power for power supply, the battery is discharged at night, and the mains or diesel generator is used as the final backup power supply, so the EPO solar system can be a 24/7 uninterrupted power supply, completely solving the problem of weak power and lack of power!
