The following case highlights a customized high-voltage battery we developed for a customer, specifically designed to work with a DEYE inverter.

Background:

The customer operates 20 sites in Thailand, with one currently serving as a pilot project. This site integrates solar PV, a turbine generator, and EverExceed’s energy storage system to form a fully off-grid solution.

The energy storage system stores the electricity generated by the solar panels and supplies power to the factory during outages, significantly reducing reliance on the turbine generator. This setup enables energy self-sufficiency while also helping to lower electricity costs.

 

Project requirement:

Minimize installation space while achieving a higher number of charge-discharge cycles for a longer service life;

Ensure optimized compatibility and smooth operation with DEYE inverters;

Enable intelligent management with centralized monitoring; 

Provide remote monitoring capability to track battery and system status 24/7; 

At least 5 years service life with minimal maintenance requirements;

Ensure fast battery charging to keep the system in a ready-to-use backup state at all times.
