Reliable Parallel Operation: The system adopts a parallel configuration, with one unit as the primary and the other as a backup, When the primary unit fails, the backup automatically takes over, ensuring stable operation. This setup also facilitates maintenance, allowing one unit to be serviced without affecting system performance.
Digital Data Acquisition: The system supports the collection of multiple key parameters, such as AC voltage, frequency, output voltage, current, battery voltage, and industrial charger temperature. High Altitude Design: Designed for high-altitude environments up to 3000 meters, the system features increased heat sink area, reinforced insulation materials, and extended insulation distances, These measures reduce the risk of failures due to heat dissipation and insulation issues, ensuring safe operation in hiah-altitude conditions.
Battery Circuit Breaker Configuration: The charger is equipped with a 1250A high-capacity DC circuit breaker providing essential protection for the battery system, in the event of a short circuit or overload, the circuit breaker quickly disconnects the circuit to prevent overheating, swelling, or even fire and explosion of the battery. The circuit breaker can also be manually operated for easy maintenance and servicing ofthe battery system.
Voltage Reduction Silicon Chain Cabinet: A 200A voltage reduction silicon chain cabinet is included, which can automaticaly or manually adiust the outout voltage based on load reauirements, reducina the high Dc input voltage to an appropriate level. When paired with protective devices, it can quickly disconnect the circuit to prevent fault expansion and protect both the power equipment and the load.
Low-Temperature Operation Design: To prevent overheating during high-current output (818A), the system uses copper busbars and features a cooling design with air channels and multiple high-power fans to maintain safe temperatures.
