Overview
EverExceed PowerChampion Series UPS delivers our best value for protection against outages, surges, spikes, sags and other disturbances present on the mains power supply. Abundant choice of capability and flexible paralleling ensures they can exactly satisfy your need without reducing reliability all the time. Output isolation transformer, configurable 12 pulses rectification, DSP incorporating with well designed software offers high quality power protection for your application. The three-phase input three-phase output UPS introduces most advanced DSP, ASIC control technology, IGBT electronic components so as to fully balance the three-phase loads. Transient waveform control technology ensures less distortion of output, high reliability, and high anti-jamming and high fault tolerance, and provides professional protection against surges and lightning. The all-digital UPS also provides excellent overload capability, output short circuit protection, input overvoltage protection, charge anomaly protection and spikes protection. The excellent electric performance, perfect intelligent monitoring and network management, together with ?flexible and reliable N+X paralleling technology offers persistent and high reliable power protection for all vocations' networks and computer centers.

High Reliability Paralleling Technology:
The paralleling control systems manage every parallel UPS run in relative independent working status and intelligently lead these UPS to make quick, precise regulation to have the best synchronization tracking (phase difference < 0.50). The control systems can dynamic, realtime regulate the loads¡¯ active power and reactive power so as to realize precise load sharing. When one UPS¡¯s inverter fails to work, the paralleling systems can automatically and reliably remove just the UPS at fault from the paralleling system so as to provide persistent high quality power supply to loads. The circumfluence of the paralleling system is almost zero. The imbalance degree of the current is less than 2%.
The paralleling system allows up to 8 units paralleling for critical application. Advanced monitoring and DSP fully digital control technology enables paralleling operation as easy as stand-alone. All parallel UPS are peer to peer rather than principal and subordinate. Supposing you have purchased one unit, in order to extend the capability or boost the reliability, it can be easily extended to 1+1 paralleling or further n + x paralleling redundancy systems.

 

 

Touch-sensitive Large-screen LCD Monitor:
The UPS adopts touch-sensitive large-screen LCD (120x90mm) without keyswitch. It can simulate the flow of
work on LCD. The UPS allows the operation clicking where you want to look for easy operation. We can easily
read the running information from the LCD.

 

 

Pile Intelligent Management system:
● Provides realtime batteries running status and backup time.
● Displays batteries discharge time according to the load on battery mode.
● During battery test, scans every battery separately so as to realtime, dynamic and precisely test every
   battery circularly. It adopts intercommunication and one-to-many connection and can test up to 128units
   during one circle.
● Conducts a comprehensive analysis of the condition of the batteries within the UPS and will notify you
   when replacement is necessary, ensuring that your batteries will be there when you need them.

 

DSP All-digital Controls Ensure The Controls Precise, Swift, Reliable and Stable:
● Built-in time delay soft start: Reduces the impact on the equipment and the mains supply effectively
   during startup.
● Warning and protection: Provides varieties of warning methods and offers in time, precise and detailed
   alarms to current warning via sound, light, LCD and input/output contact by network.
● Cold start: Allows the UPS to startup without mains supply present.
● Auto restart on mains supply restoration: After batteries low voltage protection, the UPS will auto restart
   and work in the last mode when mains supply restore.
● ECO mode: Provides higher running efficiency. If the loads allow lower power quality (such as allow outage
   if time <20ms) but higher running efficiency, the UPS can be set in ECO mode.
● Multiple system functions setup: Allows review on five work mode running records, warning records,
   communication records.
● Provides auto const-current charge and float charge to prolong batteries lifecycle.

Flexible Choice For Network:
The UPS provides RS232, RS422, dry contact, SNMP card and Modem communication interface and these
interface meet TCP/IP protocol. This makes it suitable for network monitoring.
● RS232 COM port allows one-to-one connection to the computer RS232 COM port via a communication
   cable and enables short-range (<100m) bidirectional data exchange, remote monitoring and intelligent
   management between computer and the UPS.
● RS422 adopts advanced balanced circuit improved RS422 interface serial?? communication criteria,
   duplex communication and one-to-one connection. It needs a special RS422/RS232 commutator to
   connect to the computer RS232 port via a communication cable. It allows higher speed long-distance data
   transfer (<1200m).
● SNMP card adopts popular Ethernet technology, advanced TCP/IP protocol, duplex communication and
   many-to-many connection. The UPS built-in or external special SNMP card connecting with the computer
   card allows intelligent monitoring (<100m). It can be also connected to LAN and allows several computers
   to monitor one (or more) UPS by network.
● Built-in Modem can dial the number and call telephone, mobile phone, BP to alert on the UPS abnormality
   including bypass, shutdown, low voltage, overload and so on.
● UPS dry contact can remotely alert and remind users of no mains supply, low battery, fault and so on by
   closing the contact and connecting forane indicator, electric bell or relay.
